In myself more than I ever have. I believe in being capable and worthy and strong. I believe that when you put good out in to the world, you deserve all the good you get back in return.

At practices or games for my kids, playing with my dogs or outside enjoying nature; the beaches, the mountains, fields. Watching hockey and football this time of year. I try not to miss a game.
I wear about 200 hats, so I choose the ones I need for the day and pack a few extra with me just in case, grab an iced coffee and I’m out the door. Take a moment every single day to be thankful that you got to experience another one; not everyone did.
